How do I receive lead credit for my application?

When an issued application has been on the books for 30 days, your Norvax Bucks account will be automatically be credited $50.00. If you have opted to receive all Norvax Bucks in Lead Credits, then they will be deposited directly into your Lead Balance; if you have opted for a different use, then you will be notified of your Norvax Bucks balance via email at the beginning of every work week. You’ll get this credit for EVERY application that you place that remains on the books for 30 days. For example: 5 Applications = $250.00 in lead credits. Short Term Medical, Medicare Supplement, portability plans and are excluded.

What will my domain name be?

It's up to you: you can use the domain that is provided to you upon your set up or forward your new domain to a domain you already own or register a new one of your choice. Click here for directions on domain registration.

How do I purchase a domain name?

Your website comes with a default domain name. If you want something more specific to your business, you can register the domain name of your choice (depending on availability). If you want something more specific to your business you can click here for instructions on registering and forwarding your new website. If you wish to have someone on our technical staff do this for you there is a $50 annual fee for buying the domain, basic email hosting and DNS configuration. If you chose to have Norvax register your domain, please identify an available domain at www.domainsearch.com, please make note of the domain you would like and send an email to support@norvax.com.

How much will a domain name cost me?

Domain names generally cost between $8 and $17 a year.

What is the charge if I'm appointed to sell UnitedHealthcare Individual Line of Business and would like to quote UnitedHealthcare plans in more than 5 states with the Norvax quote engine?

Multi-state, single carrier quoting is included in the sponsored package for up to 5 states. Additional fees apply for over 5 states.

Can I add other carriers?

UnitedHealthcare Individual Line of Business is sponsoring this program. Their sponsorship includes free UnitedHealthcare quoting in all available states.

How will I coordinate the links between my current website and my new quote engine/quoting site?

To incorporate your Norvax quote engine into your existing website please use the link below:

Note: "username" equals your BrokerOffice username

It is recommended that you use an iframe command or attach the above link to a button on your webpage, encouraging consumers to run a health quote. Unless your domain is hosted by Norvax, we will be unable to assist the installation of this link into your website. Please contact your administrator or IT specialist to have this link positioned.

How do you guys get people to my site?

We do not drive traffic to your website, but there are a variety of ways to drive traffic yourself. You can:

  • Place pay-per click advertising on sites like Google or Yahoo
  • Place ads in local newspapers
  • Mention your website in your outgoing voicemail message
  • Add a link to your site in all your emails
  • Drive people to your site using word of mouth.
  • Have your website listed in online chamber of commerce and Yellow Pages directories

How much traffic can I expect on my site?

How much traffic you get to your site depends upon on your efforts to publicize your site.

Can I import leads from other vendors?

Yes you can import leads from other vendors into your Broker Office account. Please contact a Norvax sales representative at (888) 250-2301 option 1 to set up new vendors.

What is the Norvax Affiliate Program?

When your new quote engine is set up, you're automatically enrolled in our Quote Engine Affiliate program. This program pays you $3.75 for any valid lead that is generated through your quote engine, but comes from outside of the area you currently quote.

Norvax will pay you $3.75 via ACH for any valid lead that you generate but aren't licensed to quote.

To receive your payouts, please go to the Affiliate tab in your BrokerOffice account. Add the bank account you would like your payouts deposited into.

You can opt out of this program at any time by sending an email to support@norvax.com

If you opt out of the program, customers requesting quotes outside your service area will see this message:

"Sorry, we are not licensed to quote in your state."

How do I change my Broker Office Password?

To change your password login to your Broker Office account:

  • Find the Home Tab
  • Select Edit Account Info within the Home Tab
  • Enter your new password in the two fields provided and click Submit at the bottom of the page (wait for the page to update).

When can I expect to be paid the $50 cash bonus per "issued and placed" application?

You will be paid your $50 bonus after the application has been issued and placed. "Issued and Placed" means a Golden Rule Health Insurance Product application (excluding annuities) on which You are listed as Broker of Record that is submitted to Golden Rule, in response to which coverage is issued, is accepted by the primary insured, and remains in force for at least 30 days. Short Term MedicalSM and Medicare Supplement plans are specifically excluded from this definition.

For example:

Application issued May 1, 2008
Application placed June 1, 2008
$50 bonus paid in July 2008

If I switch to the $50 cash bonus per placed application, what will happen to the technology that I currently have with Norvax and the lead credits that I have earned?

You will lose all Norvax technology and unearned lead credits. You will keep earned lead credits that you may access in a scaled down version of BrokerOffice.

I forgot my website address!

In nearly every case your website address will be as follows:

http://norvax.com/uspc/LastNamePlusLastThreeDigitsOfGoldenRuleID

For example:

If your name is John Prospect and your GoldenRule ID was 123456789, your website address would be http://norvax.com/uspc/prospect789

Note: If you are a current Norvax technology client your website address should remain the same.

How do I ensure that I will receive all emails from Norvax?

Please add uspc@norvax.com and leads@prospectzone.com to your "safe senders list." To learn how, click here.

How do I request to have my leads exclusive and/or geographically or demographically targeted?

You can not edit this information yourself. You will need to submit a request to Norvax to have any filters added to your lead profiles. We have a request form, which you can access here. You will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that this has been updated to your lead profiles inside of BrokerOffice. If you turn on your leads before you receive this confirmation, then your specifications will not be set and you may receive leads out of the specifications you have outlined above.

How do I contact Norvax Support?

The most efficient way to contact Norvax Support is to enter a Support ticket located in the "Support" tab in BrokerOffice. If you are unable to log-in to BrokerOffice, please visit here and enter a support ticket. If, however, you are experiencing an emergency such as you not being able to close a piece of business due to a technological glitch or malfunction, please call us directly at 866.466.7829. We prioritize all emergencies based on severity. If your request is not an emergency, our support team will place in the support queue and respond within one business day. Norvax is invested in your success and pledge to have the most comprehensive and dedicated support staff in the industry.

What if I am an existing paying Norvax client?

Because you are a paying Norvax technology customer, you are entitled to receive up to $3,000 in Norvax credit just for joining the USPC program! You may use these credits to upgrade your technology, add autoresponders, and receive ProspectZone lead credits! Please contact your account manager at Norvax to discuss how to "spend" your $3,000 in credit. If you are not yet a paying Norvax client, once you purchase a Quoter website and sign an annual agreement, you will receive $3,000 in Norvax credits! Contact our sales department for details.

I forgot my BrokerOffice username and/or password.

Please click here and click "Forgot Your Password." On the next page, enter either your BrokerOffice username -OR- your email address. Only one of these pieces of information is required to retrieve your login information. Click "Retrieve Login" and your username and password will be emailed to the email address we have on file in your BrokerOffice account within a few minutes.

How do I change the phone number on my website template?

Log in to BrokerOffice and click on the Home tab. Next, click on Edit Account Info in the orange bar. Change the phone number in the "Phone" field. Click "Submit Request."

How do I turn my leads on/off?

Log in to BrokerOffice and click on the Home tab. Next, click on Edit Lead Profile in the orange bar. Now, click on either "auction" or "exclusive" on the lead profile you would like to turn on/off. Scroll down to status and select "active" or "inactive." Click "Submit" to save.
